The Collective was founded by Lauren Kay. She began in face and body paint before moving into makeup artistry, and has spent eighteen years working across performance, brand, editorial and bridal regularly throughout Europe, and on projects in the United States and the Middle East.
Her client work spans cast members of Made in Chelsea, The Only Way Is Essex and Bridgerton, and names including Cara Delevingne, Gillian Anderson and leading teams on music videos for Ed Sheeran.
