When you make an enquiry, we collect the information you give us through our contact forms. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your event, such as the date, location, guest numbers, and services you're interested in.
When you apply to join our collective, we collect your name, contact details, location, professional experience, portfolio links, and insurance status.
When you visit our website, our website host may collect basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type as part of delivering the site to you. We do not use analytics or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of our visitors.
We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and discuss your event
- Provide the services you book
- Assess applications to join our collective
- Keep records of our bookings and correspondenceImprove our website
Our lawful basis for processing enquiry information is legitimate interests, specifically responding to a request you have made of us, and contract, where you go on to book us.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
We may share your details with:
- The artists working your event, where they need it to deliver your booking.
- Our service providers, including our website host (Webflow) and email provider (Zoho), who process data on our behalf.
We keep enquiry information for 1 year so we can respond to follow-up questions and understand our enquiries. Where you book us, we keep booking and financial records for 6 years for UK tax purposes.
Applications to join the collective are kept for 6 months, after which they are deleted unless you join us.
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format
